Beth Ann Wilson, M.Ed.,
CMF, Co-Chair - New Chapter Development Committee
Beth Ann Wilson, M.Ed., CMF, has over
twenty years of experience counseling individuals about career and
life decisions. Specializing in career planning, transition and
management, she advises people of all ages from diverse fields and
backgrounds. Her experience includes designing and conducting training
programs and workshops for corporate, government, education and
non-profit organizations. Many professional and community groups
have heard her speak on a variety of career topics.
Beth has an independent career consulting
practice with offices in Delaware County and Center City Philadelphia.
She has earned recognition as a Career Management Fellow from the
Institute of Career Certification International. Beth has conducted
career transition workshops for Right Management Consultants as
an adjunct. Before starting her practice, Beth worked for OPTIONS
Career and Human Resource Consulting for seventeen years. Prior
experience counseling in vocational rehabilitation, managing classroom
training for a federal employment program, coordinating vocational
research projects and working in two college career centers has
given Beth a solid foundation on which to build her expertise.
As past co-president and current board
member of the Association of Career Professionals International
- Greater Philadelphia Chapter, Beth has a worldwide network of
professional colleagues. On the USA Board of ACP International,
she is Co-Chair of New Chapter Development and is a member of the
Professional Certification Committee. Beth co-facilitates a Career
Management Forum with the Philadelphia Chapter of the Society of
Human Resource Management. She is a member of the National Career
Development Association and an appointed member of the Paralegal
Studies Curriculum Advisory Committee of Community College of Philadelphia.
She earned a M.Ed. in Counseling from the Pennsylvania State University
and a B.A. in Psychology from Dickinson College.
