As a Senior Professional Services
Consultant with Right Management Consultants, Kathy brings over
thirty years of experience in a variety of coaching and facilitation
roles. In her most recent positions, she has served as the Educational
Services Director for an international business trade association,
as Manager of the Corporate Technical Information Center for a major
publishing company, and as a Senior Quality Analyst/Trainer within
the medical device industry. Kathy provides personalized career
transition and management consulting, and supports organizational
developmental initiatives for individuals, groups and companies
in a wide variety of industries. Her strong ability to interact
at all organizational levels stems from a background in assessing
needs and designing and facilitating service, corporate and association
programs to enhance individual growth, proficiency, productivity,
technology awareness and organizational profitability. Kathy served as 2004 and 2005 President
on the USA National Board of The Association of Career Professionals
International. She is the founding President of the Kansas City
Chapter of ACP International. She is a Career Management Fellow
and member of the Institute of Career Certification International.
Kathy also works dynamically within
the community having served as an American Heart Association Cardiopulmonary
Resuscitation Instructor and Instructor-Trainer for 12 years and
as a Certified Aquatic Director for the National YMCA. She is a
volunteer for the Women’s Employment Network, has participated
in fundraising efforts for the Good Samaritan Project and the SIDS
Foundation, has served as a phone support volunteer for a crisis
hotline, and has also facilitated Career Resiliency workshops for
a variety of Kansas City-based organizations. Kathy is on the Board
of Directors for Coro/Kansas City, and is an alumna of Leadership
Overland Park, sponsored by the Overland Park Chamber of Commerce.
She has also served on the Board of Directors for the Kansas City
Chapter of ASTD. She is listed in Who’s Who of American Women,
Who’s Who in America, and Who’s Who in the World. Kathy earned her Bachelor’s Degree
in Education from Northwestern University and her Master’s
Degree in Management from National-Louis University. |
