Carolyn Parrott, CMF, Secretary

Carolyn Parrott has extensive experience in the design and delivery of Change Management and Career Transition Services. In her role as National Director, Career Transition Services for Spherion, Carolyn is responsible for service delivery and quality for all Human Capital Consulting offices as well as new service design and roll-out. She has planned and directed a number of large and complex projects, providing service for 6,000 to 9,000 simultaneously across the United States as well as in international locations.

With experience in international human resources, Carolyn has also developed repatriation programs. She has an extensive background in designing and facilitating training in cultural change and cultural assimilation as well as transition-related topics. She hosted "International Indianapolis," a weekly television show designed to promote cultural awareness and understanding.

Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (Cum Laude) in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University in Marion, Indiana, where she was named Outstanding Professional. She also completed an Indiana University sponsored Entrepreneurship Academy. She has achieved the designation of Certified Management Fellow. She has been honored for her leadership roles in Spherion with the Performance Forum Award, the Circle of Excellence and the Bill Hoyt Leadership Award.

Among her community service contributions, Carolyn has served as a lay pastoral counselor and provided support for job search support groups. She has held numerous leadership roles with professional associations including the Association for Psychological Type where she served as President, and the Indiana Chapter of the Association of Career Professional International where she served as Treasurer.
