John S. Gregg, CMF, President

John has worked as a counselor and trainer for over 20 years. Specializing in career management since 1990, he has worked with federally funded welfare-to-work and dislocated worker programs, with corporate outplacement firms, and as an independent counselor/trainer. Currently, John is working as an Intervention Specialist providing Anger Management, Couples, and Domestic Violence Intervention counseling to personnel assigned to Ft. Detrick, Maryland. Prior to this, as Director of Operations for the Miles/LeHane Group, John developed business and delivered counseling and coaching services to candidates in Maryland and Northern Virginia.

John has worked as an executive with MontgomeryWorks, a Career Counselor with Lee, Hecht, Harrison; a Career Counselor with the Frederick County Job Training Agency; and a regional director of education for the Archdiocese of Baltimore.

Concurrent with his corporate positions, John has maintained a private practice as counselor and trainer, providing counseling in domestic violence prevention and intervention, anger management, and human resource development.

John is a Naval Academy graduate with Masters’ degrees in theology and in counseling. He is an Internationally Certified Career Management Fellow (CMF), a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and Nationally Certified Career Counselor (NCCC).

In 2000 and 2001, John was President of the Washington, D.C. chapter of the Association of Career Professionals International. He is currently President of the U.S. Country Board of ACP International. John’s highest values in his life and work are integrity, and respect for the dignity and worth of every person.
